My first appointment went well. The staff was outstanding. I made my next appointment was for July 9, 2026, I got a call a little more than an hour before my appointment telling me that something came up and they had to reschedule my appointment. The following appointment was made for July 13, 2026, two hours before that appointment they called me to say “I’m sorry another emergency has come up and we need to reschedule again”. I say fine. They make the next appointment for July 15, 2026, and I hang up. Five minutes later I get another call from Affinity stating that she need to reschedule for July 17, 2026. I canceled and I told them don’t worry about it. I no longer want to see them. To me that was very very unprofessional. Again the staff was phenomenal. They all are very, very sweet they all smile and they all have a wonderful personality. And I must say the Dentist was very pleasant also. Maybe there needs to be more than one dentist for the entire building I don’t know. I just know that I’m a very unsatisfied client and would never recommend Affinity Family Dental to anyone that I know. Willma V

I've never had a bad experience here. The Dental Hygienist, Kayla, and Tia were GREAT!! They are always great and make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease, which in return helps me to feel the same. They always talk you through everything before they do it, they have a great bedside manner, and just have all around good energy. They are great about giving referrals to places that take your insurance, and suggestions on what they think will work best for you. The wait time was a little long, but I always go in to any health care visit expecting to wait. I make sure I have nothing else planned just incase so I don't stress myself out. Overall the wait was well worth it. They are on top of it from the moment you walk in. I truly appreciate this place. Especially Kayla and Tia. Those two are Dental Hygienist Rock Stars!!

This was my first visit at Affinity Family Dental Care. Both secretaries, Hayden, Dr. C and Kayla were all kind, personable and professional. They completed my care in 45 minutes which is much better than other dental care facilities I have visited. The only problem I had was reading the form regarding appointments. The ink was too light and the fonts were a decorative type. I essentially just signed and dated it without attempting to read it for it would have taken too long.

The staff was great! Process to get in and out were smooth and efficient. The dental hygienists are all fantastic! They even asked if I needed a hand to hold during my procedure. Just so sweet. Ive had some bad experiences other places and was nervous. Kayla was also great at asking if i needed anything and explaining everything to me. Very kind ladies that work there. Dr.C is good at what she does. She helped answer all my questions. She let me know what I needed and how the process works. She can sound harsh but she honestly just doesn't sugar coat it for you and I appreciate that!

I just went and got my teeth looked at at affinity family dental, and they were amazing. The young lady who cleaned my teeth her name was Kayla. She is so friendly and personable and I really enjoy talking to her. She explained everything very thoroughly and had a very warm and good energy about herself. To go back from my checkup appointment in six months. Thank you, Dr. C for all your professionalism and making me feel welcome at your practice. Thank you to the young lady who showed me to the back and took my x-ray images. She was extremely friendly as well and had a very nice manicure and thank you, Kayla for all the hard work you had to do in my mouth. I appreciate each and everyone of you.
